Beyond Vision Foundation is honored to support the Jikimu Kimaisha (Livelihood Empowerment) program created by our partners in Kenya. This initiative serves mothers whose children attend Beyond the Vision Community School, equipping women living in poverty with tools to launch and sustain small businesses.
Through business skills training, financial literacy, and faith-centered coaching, mothers are building confidence and increasing their ability to support their families. These women are modeling leadership, resilience, and determination—strengthening both their households and their community.
Connecting Women Across Continents
This weekend, we are bridging communities by connecting women in Elk’s artisan economy with Dr. Jackline Musyoka, Executive Director of Beyond the Vision Initiative in Nairobi. Dr. Jackie will share how the Jikimu Kimaisha program is transforming families in the Tassia informal settlement, creating pathways to dignity, stability, and opportunity.

We believe every person is created with unique potential and God-given purpose. The mothers in this program demonstrate courage and perseverance every day, and we are grateful to walk alongside them as they build brighter futures for their children.

Local Support, Global Impact
We are grateful to local artisans who have generously blessed our friends in Kenya with thoughtful gifts—including handmade soap from Gratitude Farm and bookmarks from Nishi Misc. You can find them at the Camden Grange Market and at Christmas in the Country, alongside many other talented creators.
Honoring Women Who Build Communities
Today, we celebrate women who uplift families and strengthen communities—here in Elk and across the world. Your creativity, perseverance, and love shape brighter futures. You are builders, leaders, and world changers.
